These terms set expectations for booking and attending live AI classes.

Overview

By booking or attending a session, you agree to these Terms of Service. The goal is a smooth, respectful learning experience for everyone.

Services

Sessions are live online sessions held on Zoom, typically lasting about 50 minutes, and focused on practical AI skills. Sessions may cover tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and others — along with related workflows like email, documents, planning, and safety habits.

What this is (and isn’t)

  • Yes: patient instruction, step-by-step guidance, practical outcomes.
  • No: legal, medical, or financial advice.

Pricing

Current pricing (per session):

  • Small group (2–4 people): $35 per person
  • One-on-one: $60

Pricing may change over time. The price shown at booking is the price you pay.

Booking and rescheduling

When you book, you’re reserving a time slot. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If you’re having technical issues before a session, reach out and we’ll sort it out.

Cancellations and refunds

Because this is a small service, missed sessions can be difficult to fill. I aim to be fair about it, while protecting the schedule.

  • 24 hours or more: You can reschedule or receive a full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours: The session is forfeited. No refund or reschedule.
  • No-shows: The session is forfeited. No refund or reschedule.

Conduct

Please be respectful — that includes patience with technology and civil communication. I reserve the right to end a session if behavior becomes disruptive or abusive.

Disclaimers

AI tools can make mistakes. You’re responsible for how you use their outputs. I can help you build safer habits, but I can’t guarantee accuracy or outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or AI tools.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
